Returning replacement oven equipment & other parts

All of our high quality replacement oven equipment, and equipment for other household appliances, is built to last. We offer a 180 day warranty on all our replacement cooker and oven equipment which ensures its high performance. In the unlikely event that the replacement cooker and oven equipment you receive is faulty, our returns policy is as follows:

The Cooker Spare Parts Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days in which to return an item to Cooker Spare Parts. This 14 day period commences on the day that the item was delivered to you.

To return an item, you must obtain an authorisation number from the Cooker Spare Parts Customer Services Team. Any item returned without an authorisation number will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  1. Please email enquiries@cookerspareparts.com in order to obtain an authorisation number. In your email please tell us your order number, provide details of the item you are returning, and your reason for returning the item.
  2. Providing the item was ordered from stock, has not been used, and is in the original condition that it was delivered, Cooker Spare Parts will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions as to how you can send your item back to Cooker Spare Parts. It is important that these instructions are carefully followed.
  3. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage – we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return transit. Please note that until we receive your items at our warehouse, they remain your property and your responsibility. Please ensure that the delivery service you use covers the value of the goods within the parcel.
  4. On receipt of the returned item (providing it is returned in its original state), Cooker Spare Parts will reimburse you with the full price of the item within 14 calendar days (via the credit card, debit card or Paypal account that you originally used). Unless the company is found to be at fault, delivery charges are non-refundable as these are separate handling charges.

    Shortage or damaged orders - must be brought to our attention within seven days from the invoiced date. If it is not brought to our attention prior to this period we will not be held liable.

    Non-delivered orders - must be brought to our attention within 14 days from the invoiced date. If it is not brought to our attention prior to this period we will not be held liable.
Special Order Items:
  1. All special order items strictly non-returnable unless we are found to be at fault. If we are found to be at fault, please email enquiries@cookerspareparts.com in order to obtain an authorisation number. In your email please tell us your order number, provide details of the item you are returning, and your reason for returning the item.
  2. In the first instance, Cooker Spare Parts will attempt to replace the item with a like-for-like replacement. If a like-for-like replacement can or cannot be identified, Cooker Spare Parts will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions as to how you can send your item back to Cooker Spare Parts.   3. All items being returned must be received in the same condition that they were dispatched in. We recommend that you use the original packaging as it is your responsibility to return items to us in their original condition.

Cancellations

Once you have ordered an item, your purchase can be cancelled at any time before the order is dispatched. Cancellations can be made by contacting the Customer Service Team via enquiries@cookerspareparts.com. The cancellation policy only applies to goods ordered from stock; special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please refer to the returns policy above.

Guarantee

At Cooker Spare Parts, all items are guaranteed for 180 days from the invoiced date against failure due to a manufacturing fault. Any part that has been fitted incorrectly or mistreated will become void of its guarantee.

Faulty Goods

  1. If you have received a faulty item, please email enquiries@cookerspareparts.com. In your email please tell us your order number, provide details of the item that you are returning, and details of the fault. In the first instance, Cooker Spare Parts will attempt to replace the item with a like-for-like replacement. If a like-for-like replacement can or cannot be identified, Cooker Spare Parts will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions regarding how to return your item. Once an authorisation number has been issued, you must return your item to the following address: Richards Place, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 1SD.
  2. We recommend that you use the original packaging as it is your responsibility to return items to us in their original condition. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage – we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return transit. Please note that until we receive your items at our warehouse, they remain your property and your responsibility. Please ensure that the delivery service you use covers the value of the goods within the parcel.
  3. On receipt of the returned item (providing it is returned in its original state), Cooker Spare Parts will reimburse you with the full price of the item within 14 days (via the credit card, debit card or Paypal account that you originally used). The customer is not accountable for collection or delivery services at this stage.

How to raise a return

If you qualify to return an item to Cooker Spare Parts please follow these instructions.

Please login in to your account and then Click ‘My Account’. From here please select ‘My Orders’ tab to view all your previous orders. Against each order there is an option button wish should give you options to take against the order, please select ‘Return’. From here please follow the instructions and fill in the relative fields.
