The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. If there was a criticism the knob looked like it had a gold stripe on it instead of a silver stripe so i bought 2 to have a matching pair. When the knob came it was identical to mine ie had a silver stripe but at least i have another for if the other knob fails.
