New Grill Pan gives my elderly Stoves oven a new lease of life. Most impressed with the service. Ordered Wed pm arrived Friday am beautifully wrapped. So nice to deal with a company who don't make a fuss about delivering to the Highlands of Scotland and charge the earth. Thank you!

Good replacement product but the rack did not fit initially as was slightly big so manufacture issue - however they sent a replacement immediately with no concerns. Works perfectly now
