Very helpful in identifying the problem and spare part for my Mother's 16 year old cooker. The part turned up in good time allowing me time to get a gas safe engineer to fit the new part. We were advised to buy a new cooker elsewhere due to lack of parts and avoided the disruption and additional expense.

Ordered product on the Thursday, at 2.30 pm , received at 12 noon next day, and that was standard delivery.
Bloody good service, product exactly what I wanted.
Will use this company again and will recommend to everyone.
