The Leisure A028173 flame supervision device (FSD) plays a crucial role in the safety of your gas appliance. Should a flame extinguish accidentally, the FSD will ensure your gas supply is cut automatically.
The signs your FSD has stopped working is the presence of a gas smell or leak with no flame. Left unfixed, this could be extremely dangerous and could cause injury.
