The item was exactly as shown on the website and was what I needed. It was a relief that there was someone out there trading them as it's much better to operate your oven with the correct knob than to be using a pair of pliers.

Speedy service and parts fit perfectly. Only concern was the
amount of packaging; jiffy bag, cardboard wrapping, big plastic bag and then each knob in a small individual bag.

Original knob does what it's supposed to. Thought the cheapest charge for postage was high but it was delivered the next day -excellent service!
