I sent an email enquiry just to make sure I was ordering the correct part. A prompt reply confirmed this was the case. It arrived with 1 working day and in the time slot provided. Fitting the regulator was a straightforward affair, even for me! Beforehand I had no control of the hotplate temp (it defaulted to full power on any setting), but everything now works as it should do. I'm fair chuffed...

Replacement grill regulator repaired fault whereby grill was permanently on whenever power was supplied to the oven. £20 spare part versus £2500 replacement cost of range - a good result. I thought shipping cost high for size of part, hence 4 stars for value.
